Bye MJ : Hello 空

I’ve been using Sora since, and—oh shit—remixing my past DALL·E 3 image with a deep-cut description of the original prompt made the result look absolutely fucking insane!

Dramatic aside, my first three months using Midjourney were smooth until my card started getting declined unexpectedly. No explanation, just a generic error message. Discord support was unhelpful.

I asked friends to try with cards from different banks. All were immediately declined, even on a newly created Discord account? After a month, I tried upgrading my plan. It worked at first, then my card got declined… again! Out of curiosity, I switched to a higher-tier plan and it went through? Maybe Midjourney has a quota limit on the number of subscribers per tier?

This experience has made it clear that I no longer wish to return to Midjourney, so in case my account is suddenly deactivated due to “lack of activity”, I decided to make this post as a backup for my dragon-reptile-related images and prompts.

An anime-style illustration of three majestic blue waves with swirling water, Each featuring the head and body of dragonlike creatures. This scene captures dynamic movement as they splash around, Creating a lively atmosphere that adds energy to their surroundings. The illustration is in the style of an anime artist.

Indiana Jones encountering a prehistoric crocodile species ever to exist.

Three-dimensional, Deep blue dragon with bright gold edging on its body, Intricately carved in relief against a backdrop of swirling clouds and blooming deep red roses. The dragon should possess a sense of dynamic movement as it winds through the thick floral pattern, With scales detailed in gold that contrast against the deep red of the flowers and clouds. The artwork should evoke traditional Chinese wood carving techniques, With a modern, digital art twist, Showcasing the dragon’s fierce yet majestic facial expression and the delicate petals of the roses.

Disclaimer: Prompts from this point onwards are presets originally crafted by John A. Adams, shared in a Facebook group on 12 February 2024. Except for the canvas content, I claim no ownership of his craft.

What the fish is a Tudigong?

Tudigong is a Chinese earth deity usually depicted as an old man in traditional robes, though he does have a female counterpart known as Tudi Po.

Hyperrealistic (RAW, analog), 8K, UHD, Masterpiece, Professional photoshoot, National geography, Surrealism painting, 35mm Vintage photo of full body tattoo female Tu Di Gong, Chinese earth deity, Ultra unique natural textures, Slight imperfections, Vray.

When I prompted “full body tattoo female Tu Di Gong”, Midjourney returned hyper-stylised women with no cultural or religious resemblance, likely due to biased training data and visual keywords overriding context. The AI didn’t reject the concept outright—it just defaulted to stereotype, favouring aesthetics over accuracy.
